Spa Data and Studies

The California Spa Association is working diligently to put together the first comprehensive spa study specifically for the state of California.  The Spa study will cover a diverse variety of information covering all segments of the spa industry.  This information will assist members and all California spa professionals to understand the California-specific spa market and data that drives it.

The CSA’s first survey will be a compensation analysis of all spa professionals.  We know that each spa profession has several methods of compensation as well as rates of pay.  In addition to compensation structure, geographic location plays a significant role in determining employment compensation.
